Giovanni Bacigalupi will teach you to make pasta from raw ingredients: mix, kneed, roll and cut, then boil. Giovanni has been making pasta from scratch for 25 years and has hosted parties to teach folks how to make and enjoy pasta. He will bring all the kitchen tools and ingredients to your home, then teach you and your guests how to make pasta and enjoy a sauce of your choice. Everybody gets to take home a set of pasta and sauce recipes. Past auction winners rave about Giovanni's pasta lessons: "Thanks, Giovanni… we all had a great time… appreciate you volunteering for this event… it’s a wonderful idea!" "Thanks so much Giovanni! Everyone loved it!!
I've ordered a pasta maker already and made a delicious lasagna with your leftover red sauce.
As our son said, 10 thumbs up!"
Expires September 1, 2015. Date must be mutually convenient for donor and winner.
Since first opening its doors on Ralston Avenue in Belmont, Divino
enjoyed rave reviews for its beautifully prepared and presented Italian
fare and excellent service. Enjoy dinner for SIX (6), ONE (1) bottle
of red wine, and ONE (1) bottle of white
wine! 2011 Cantina Terlan “Vorberg” Pinot Bianco Riserva: 94 points from
Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate. From Northern Italy, the 2011 Alto Adige
Pinot Bianco Riserva Vorberg is dazzling and impressive on both the nose
and in the mouth. It offers a full package of varietal purity with
aromas of pear, quince, Golden Delicious apple and honeysuckle. 2009
Tolaini Valdisanti: 94 points from Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate. On
the nose, it shows delicate embroidery of spice, dark fruit and smoked
cedar. There's a dusty mineral dryness to the finish backed by lush
layers of red berry fruit and dark chewing tobacco. The mouthfeel is
polished and tight, with beautifully integrated tannins. Anticipated
