When bidding on Top X bidder items (i.e. Top TEN go to the zoo with teacher x), please note the following.  We want to ensure that all available spots are sold for these items.  When you place your bid, you are setting a new minimum bid and others will have to bid higher to secure their spot (this is different from our old paper bidding scenario where bidders could select any available bid increment lower or higher than the previous bidder). For bidders willing to pay a premium, there is an option to guarantee your spot for $500 on select items with 4 or more spots.

IMPORTANT To check the status of your bid(s), click the “details” button (displayed next to the item name) and select "show bid history".  Bidder names along with bid amounts will display. This is the only way to determine if your bid is still in the Top “X”.  Please ignore outbid notifications at the top of your screen for multiple winner items, as the system is unable to manage items that have more than one winner. 

If you have twins and want to secure two spots for a particular outing, please make sure that you have two bids in the top “X”.

The descriptions for Fixed Price Sign-up items state "First X to sign up".  You will need to select a quantity from the pull-down menu. Arundel Sweetheart Dance bidders, please note that you only need to purchase one spot to cover all Arundel girls in your family.
